Are you ready for some spice in your life? Burger King has got you covered with their spicy crispy chicken sandwich. This bad boy will knock your taste buds right out of your mouth (figuratively speaking, of course).
First up, the ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons oil for frying
- 1 brioche bun
- Lettuce and mayonnaise (optional)
Now for the instructions:
- Take your chicken breast and pound it until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a shallow bowl, beat the egg.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast your brioche bun and add lettuce and mayonnaise if desired.
- Place your spicy crispy chicken breast on the bun and enjoy!
Feeling a little less adventurous? No worries, Burger King also has their classic crispy chicken sandwich. It may not be spicy, but it’s still crispy and delicious.
If you can handle the heat, go for the spicy option. But if you’re a wimp like me, stick with the classic. Either way, you can’t go wrong with a crispy chicken sandwich from Burger King.
But wait, there’s more! Burger King recently launched a new and improved spicy crispy chicken sandwich. They’ve amped up the spice factor and added some new ingredients to make it even more delicious.
