Extra Crispy Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings or drumettes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Vegetable oil for spraying
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Add the chicken and coat evenly.
- In another bowl, mix the flour and buttermilk to make a thick batter. Dip the chicken wings in the batter to coat. Transfer the wings to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

- 1 tbsp water
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds. Place the chicken breasts in the mixture and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for spraying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, mix the eggs and milk. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the panko breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to adhere.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray with vegetable oil and cook at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the breading is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
