- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pc red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 pc green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions:
- In a bowl, marinate the beef in soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion.
- Add in the beef and cook until brown.
- Add the oyster sauce, black pepper, and bell peppers.
- Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the bell peppers are cooked but still crisp.
