Ingredients:
- 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 2 packets of instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 onion, sliced into thin strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add flank steak to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes each side. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Saute until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the steak back to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce mixture. Stir well and bring to a boil. Gently add in the cooked ramen noodles and stir until well combined.

- In the same skillet, add the garlic, sliced bell peppers, onions and broccoli florets. Saute until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and cooked steak to the skillet with the vegetables. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until well combined. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
